Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) has announced a recruitment drive for 1 Head Internal Affairs post on a contractual basis. The opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, and the vacancy falls under the purview of Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA).

This role carries a SPPP-02 pay scale. Compensation and benefits will follow the standard government framework for contractual appointments, including all admissible allowances as per departmental rules.

The posting will be at Punjab. However, the appointing authority retains the right to post the selected candidate to any office or station under Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) within Punjab or elsewhere in Pakistan as circumstances demand.

The prescribed age limit is 18-35 years (as on the closing date). Age relaxation rules issued by the government from time to time shall apply.

To be eligible, candidates must hold Masters or Bachelors degree from HEC recognized institution in Law, Management, Public Administration, or Social Sciences from a recognized institution. All degrees and certificates must be verified, and candidates should be prepared to present original documents during the selection process.

Applicants are required to have MS/M-Phil holders: minimum 8 years experience in Armed Forces, Police, or Law Enforcement; Masters/Bachelors (Hons): minimum 10 years experience in Armed Forces, Police, or Law Enforcement; preference given to candidates with intelligence organization background. Relevant experience must be substantiated with proper documentation, including experience certificates from previous employers.
