About This Job

Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) under Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) is looking to fill 1 Senior Manager Academics post on a contractual basis. This recruitment is open to both male and female candidates across Punjab, and interested candidates are encouraged to review the complete eligibility criteria before applying.

Falling under SPPP-02, the post offers a compensation package in line with government pay scales for contractual appointments. The exact salary and benefits will be determined as per the rules and regulations applicable to contractual positions at this grade.

The posting will be at Punjab. However, the appointing authority retains the right to post the selected candidate to any office or station under Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) within Punjab or elsewhere in Pakistan as circumstances demand.

The prescribed age limit is 35-60 years (as on the closing date). Age relaxation rules issued by the government from time to time shall apply.

Age note: Position graded SPPP-02 (contract pay scale)

Educational requirement: Master's or Bachelor's (Hons) degree in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates are expected to have completed this qualification from a recognized institution. Original documents and attested copies will be required at the time of the interview.

Experience requirement: 8 years post-qualification experience as an instructor in a training or academic institution. Candidates must demonstrate the required experience through experience certificates, appointment letters, or other official documentation.
