The NUST Balochistan Campus (NBC) in Quetta is recruiting a Store Supervisor for its Administration Branch. The role is responsible for supervising and managing all store operations, maintaining inventory records and stock registers, supervising the receipt, storage and issuance of store items, conducting periodic stocktaking and verification, maintaining computerized inventory records, coordinating with departments and laboratories, preparing inventory and audit reports, ensuring the safe custody of stores and assets, and supervising store staff and daily operations.
Candidates must hold at least a BA or B.Com, with a Master's degree considered a desirable addition. On experience, 1-2 years is required for candidates with an Armed Forces background in the SMT/Clerical trade or JCO/NCO rank, while 2-5 years of experience is preferred for retired JCO/NCO/SMT/Clerical-trade personnel. Relevant skills include inventory management, record keeping, MS Office, stock verification, store procedures, documentation, and communication and coordination abilities; knowledge of ERP/inventory software, audit experience and warehouse management experience are desirable extras. The eligible age range is 25 to 55 years.
