Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end Batch Hiring exercise/strategy for the Bank. Develop & execute annual Batch hiring plans for different functions across the Bank. Design innovative sourcing strategies, assessment centers, and bulk interview processes to ensure quality of the Batch hiring exercise. Drive Employer Branding initiatives for Volume / Batch hiring through university linkages, job fairs & digital platforms. Analyze metrics of the Batch hiring exercise, manage dashboards, MIS and present hiring progress to senior management. Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
