Key Responsibilities

Lead Organization Development, HR governance and policy frameworks in alignment with SBP regulations and applicable laws. Drive organizational structuring, workforce planning, workload assessment and staffing norms. Lead salary surveys, market benchmarking, compensation analysis and pay structure reviews. Develop and oversee executive scorecards, KPIs and performance management frameworks. Lead succession planning and critical talent pipelines for key leadership positions. Manage PMS, appraisal, promotion and merit-based salary review cycles. Lead HR budgeting, workforce cost analysis and resource planning. Coordinate Board / HRRC agendas, working papers and presentations in line with governance requirements. Support senior management in organizational restructuring, transformation and change management initiatives.
