The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has advertised twenty contractual vacancies for the post of Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator - Female) spread across its Sargodha region, which covers National Registration Centres in nine districts of Punjab: Faisalabad (Satayna, Amin Pur and Ram Devali tehsils), Chiniot (Ahmed Nagar), Jhang (18 Hazari and Shorkot), Hafizabad (Kassoki and Vanikey Tarrar), Pindi Bhattian (Kaleki, Jalal Pur Bhattian and Sukheki), Sargodha (Kot Momin, Farooqa and CFSC — 2 posts), Sillanwali, Mianwali (Kot Chandna, Mianwali city, Chakrala and Ban Hafiz Gee), Khushab (Joharabad and Mitha Tiwana), and Bhakar (Behl, Dulley Wala and Mankera), with one or two posts open at each location. Issued under Regulation 9, 10 and 11 of the NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, this is a large female-only recruitment drive intended to staff local registration centres across central and northern Punjab.

Eligible candidates need an Intermediate certificate or equivalent qualification, with roughly one year of relevant experience preferred rather than mandatory. The maximum age limit is 25 years, a figure that already includes the standard five-year general age relaxation, so no additional relaxation applies on top of it. As with all of NADRA's tehsil-based female recruitment drives, only female residents of the specific tehsil tied to each individual post, verified against their CNIC or domicile, will be permitted to sit for the corresponding test and interview, so applicants must ensure they are applying for the NRC location that matches their home tehsil rather than any other post on this combined advertisement. Minority and differently-abled candidates are additionally encouraged to apply at any of the listed locations where they meet the qualification criteria.

Applications must be submitted entirely online through NADRA's official careers portal at careers.nadra.gov.pk, with a CV and certificates from the relevant educational boards attached to the submission; postal, email, or walk-in applications are not accepted at this stage. Selected candidates will undergo a six-month probationary period, extendable subject to performance, and because appointment is made strictly against the advertised NRC location, no request for transfer will be entertained afterward. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test and interview, where original personal, educational and professional documents along with attested certificates from the respective boards, medical fitness certificates, and character certificates must be produced; no TA/DA is paid for attending these stages, and electronic gadgets such as mobile phones and smart watches are not allowed inside the test/interview venue. Candidates already employed in a government or semi-government department must attach a No Objection Certificate with their application, and providing false information at any stage will result in disqualification. The closing date for online applications is 4 October 2026, and selection under this drive does not confer any entitlement to permanent appointment or regularization.
