NADRA has launched a contract-based hiring drive for Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator – Female) positions across its Sargodha region, spanning the districts of Faisalabad, Chiniot, Jhang, Hafizabad, Pindi Bhattian, Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab and Bhakar. A total of 26 posts are on offer, distributed across specific tehsils and National Registration Centres within each district — for example, three posts in Faisalabad district, five in Sargodha district, and smaller allocations across the remaining districts. As with NADRA's other regional female-only recruitment drives, this intake is conducted under the NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, and is intended to give locally resident women across central and northern Punjab an entry point into government service. It offers a practical, contract-based career opportunity to women with basic computer literacy in their own tehsil.

Candidates must hold an Intermediate (HSSC) qualification or equivalent, with preferably one year of relevant experience considered an advantage though not mandatory. The maximum age limit is 25 years, inclusive of the standard five-year general age relaxation. Eligibility for each seat is strictly limited to female residents of the corresponding tehsil, verified through CNIC or domicile, and candidates cannot opt for a location other than their own. Successful candidates will undergo a six-month probation period, extendable subject to performance, and since appointments are location-specific, no transfer requests will be entertained after joining. Females, minorities, transgender persons and differently-abled candidates are all encouraged to apply, and applicants are reminded that providing false information at any stage will lead to disqualification.

There is no online application form; eligible candidates must appear in person for the written test at the NADRA Regional Head Office, 6-Gulshan Avenue, Link PAF Road, Sargodha, carrying original CNIC, domicile, educational and CV documents. Testing is staggered by district cluster: candidates from Faisalabad, Chiniot and Jhang sit their test on Tuesday, 29 September 2026 (8:30 AM to 1:00 PM) with interviews the next day; candidates from Hafizabad and Pindi Bhattian test on Wednesday, 30 September 2026, with interviews on 1 October; and candidates from Sargodha, Mianwali, Khushab and Bhakar test on Thursday, 1 October 2026, with interviews on 2 October, each interview beginning at 9:00 AM at the same venue.
