National Bank of Pakistan is hiring an IT Applications Support Analyst (OG-II/OG-I) within its Information Technology area at Karachi, reporting jointly to the Unit Heads of SAP Operations and Computer Operations.

Candidates need a minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering (or Graduation plus a Master's in the same fields) from a HEC-recognized institution, along with a minimum of three years of IT experience including at least one year in support and operations for IT applications, preferably within a bank. Core duties include providing first-level technical and operational support for back-office applications and interfaces, coordinating with vendors on operational and technical issues, resolving incidents and maintaining resolution logs, supporting new application implementations, and assisting with IS audit compliance requirements.

Qualification Required

• Qualification:Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent and/or Graduation with a Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent, from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
• Experience:Minimum 03 years of experience in the field of IT, out of which at least 01 year of experience in Support and Operations for IT Applications, preferably in bank(s)
