PSEB is separately recruiting a Director Infrastructure on a contract, lump-sum-pay basis, based in Islamabad and reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer. This role is focused on the physical side of PSEB's growth agenda — planning and overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects such as building complexes and IT Parks that support Pakistan's expanding technology sector, making it a strong fit for a senior engineering professional with a public-sector infrastructure background.

Eligible candidates need at least 16 years of education with a degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution; PEC registration is preferred, and an additional qualification in Engineering or Project Management is considered an advantage. On the experience side, PSEB is looking for a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in large-scale infrastructure development or construction management, ideally including work on building complexes or IT Parks, around three years in strategic planning on high-value public-sector projects, and roughly three years in a senior leadership or decision-making capacity; exposure to facility operations, MEP systems, and building management systems is required. The maximum age for this post is 56 years.

Qualification Required
