About This Job

Sukkur Water & Sewerage Corporation (SWSC) is recruiting one Pump Operator through the Open Testing Service (OTS) under Advertisement Code PSE2026A, part of the corporation's 46-post contract hiring drive for its Sukkur operations. Assigned to the Water Supply Wing's Phase III/IV plants and reporting to the Assistant Engineer/Plant Incharge, the Pump Operator runs and monitors water-pumping units to keep SWSC's supply continuous and efficient, coordinating with Motor Operators and Electricians on site.

Candidates need Matriculation or Intermediate education, with a DAE (Mechanical or Electrical) preferred, and one to three years of pump or motor-operations experience at a plant or pumping station. The post is open to men and women equally, disabled-persons, minority and women's quotas apply per Government of Sindh policy with matching age relaxation, and candidates within Sukkur's jurisdiction are preferred though not a strict requirement.
