PERA requires a sovereign, on-premises AI capability to comply with Government of Punjab data residency policy - no data may reside on international cloud servers. The Team Lead - AI/ML will architect, deploy, and operationalize a fully local Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure on PERA's own GPU-equipped data center hardware. This includes building a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) framework, training/fine-tuning models on PERA's proprietary datasets, and exposing AI capabilities via internal APIs for integration with PERA's existing software stack. The scope further covers computer vision (video-based object detection), audio intelligence (transcription, keyword spotting), analytics, forecasting, and predictive modeling - all running entirely on local infrastructure.
