The Information Technology department of the Government of Punjab has announced 1 vacancy for Senior Programme Manager in Lahore on a contract basis. This senior role oversees software-related procurement and implementation activities for the department, working closely with the Project Director and internal teams on strategic technology delivery.

Applicants must hold a Masters or Bachelors (Hons) degree with 16 years of education in a relevant field such as Advanced Computing, Business Administration, Computational Science, Computer Engineering/Sciences, Computer Networks, Information Technology, Management, Project Management, Public Administration, Software Engineering or Management Information System, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Punjab domicile is required and the post is open to both male and female candidates. Key responsibilities include preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for software development, creating tender documents and managing procurement processes, monitoring and managing project activities in coordination with the Project Director, providing regular stakeholder updates on strategy and progress, coordinating with departments for software implementation, and working with internal project teams to define software requirements.
