Candidates must hold at minimum a Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institute or university, whether obtained nationally or internationally, and must possess a minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience. Preference will be extended to applicants who have previously worked with law enforcement agencies, given that the role centers on the timely handling of litigation matters, particularly criminal cases relating to the FIA and NAB, along with continuous supervision of recovery and settlement matters, court representation, and liaison with local administration and law enforcement bodies. The maximum age limit is 55 years as of the application closing date, and there is no domicile restriction, with the position open to candidates from across Pakistan.
