Required skills include test automation, Agile participation, framework development, test case creation, manual-to-automated test conversion, bug tracking, and both functional and non-functional testing. Responsibilities include developing software that meets end-user needs and business objectives, guiding development teams, overseeing technical project aspects, recommending fixes for software issues, mentoring and training other engineers, and ensuring PLRA policy compliance across the QA function.
