The Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is hiring one Mali (gardener) in BPS-3 on a regular basis for the 40.8 MW Koto Hydropower Complex in District Dir (Lower). The vacancy comes from a twenty-post advertisement dated 12 October 2026, published on the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Portal, for operation and maintenance staff at the plant. A Mali looks after the lawns, plants, trees and green areas around the powerhouse, offices and staff colony, keeping the grounds tidy and helping prevent erosion and overgrowth around the facilities. It is a modest post, but it carries the security of a permanent government job, which is valuable for residents of Dir Lower with practical gardening skills.
